Payment Flow and Delivery Policy

Goods will be shipped in 3-5 working days once full payment has been received via Royal Mail or iPost Parcels courier (whichever is cheaper depending on the weight of your order).

Refund / Cancellation Policy

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless the item(s) were delivered faulty or damaged, or there were shortages or discrepancies with your order.

The products must be returned unused and in their original packaging, suitable for re-sale. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. The right to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used.

You must obtain a free proof of posting from Royal Mail which can used to make a claim if the goods are lost or damaged in transit.
Under Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of delivery by contacting Total Papercrafts by email at karen@totalpapercrafts.co.uk

Refunds for returned items will be made to the debit or credit card used for the original payment. Refunds will be made to your account within 10 working days.

The provisions of our cancellation and returns policy do not affect your statutory rights
